Returns and refunds

Thanks for shopping at Verso. Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? We will fix it, if you have purchased from www.verso-uk.com you have a free 30 day returns policy from the delivery date (UK only). All returned items must be unworn in the original packaging with tags still attached. Any items that do not meet the criteria will not be refunded.

Please note, we are currently unable to offer exchanges.

Christmas Returns

We’re extending our free 30-day returns policy for customers purchasing gifts in the lead-up to Christmas.

Orders placed between 31st October 2025 and 14th December 2025 can be returned for free up until 14th January 2026 under our extended returns policy.

Our usual 30-day returns policy will resume from 15th December 2025.

Republic of Ireland, France and Netherlands

Customers returning from the Republic of Ireland, France and Netherlands will be subject to a €5 return fee.

Finland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Germany

Customers returning from these countries will be subject to a €9.99 return fee.

Sweden

Customers returning from Sweden will be subject to a 110kr return fee.

Denmark

Customers returning from Denmark will be subject to a 70kr return fee.

Poland

Customers returning from Poland will be subject to a 65zl return fee.

Singapore

Customers returning from Singapore will be subject to a $6 return fee.



Returns will be processed Via Email to our head office either via the contact us page or the Live chat feature on your screen now. Both link directly to the same email. We aim to responsed within 24hrs.
