SHIPPING & POSTAGE

At Verso, all products are created and shipped on a print-on-demand basis, ensuring every item is produced fresh for your order. Because of this, a 5–9 day turnaround should be expected on average. During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped fully tracked, using either Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Postage Costs

Postage is calculated at checkout.

If your order does not meet the standard postage requirements, any additional postage fees will be automatically added during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times may vary based on your location and courier workload. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2–5 working days after shipping, but delays may occur during peak seasons.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Order Issues & Delays

If your parcel is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please contact us and we’ll investigate directly with the courier.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping may be available upon request once a postage quote has been agreed.
